Description:
Fresh and fruity with the characteristic varietal hints of Glera vinified in floral and spring purity. Intense and persistent, with a good acidity, sparkling with the long Charmat method, devoid of the denomination but son of the same Prosecco grapes.
Features:
Fruity, fresh, with an intense body with an elegant acidity typical of the vine and an intense sapidita in the mouth typical of the variety, Extra Dry, for the most demanding palates who prefer softness.
Harvest:
Traditional, in the month of September, before the grapes reach full ripeness to grasp the freshness and prepare the base for the second fermentation for the “froth fermentation”.
Ground:
Soil, mixed limestone texture with sparse pebbles, with basic PH
Aging / Aging:
Glera Spumante – Extra Dry after the alcoholic fermentation and a second fermentation of 60 days for an elegant and persistent fine froth suitable to favor also the varietal aromatic extraction of GLERA is aged for 1 months in bottle before being put on sale , aging is not recommended.
