Description:
An important Grenache, a grape typically cultivated on the island, where it takes the name of Cannonau, a wine-and-fruit reference to the island, complex, typical in the reserve type, aged in wooden barrels, brings to the table the most intense and varietal scents of this grape variety where notes stand out of local aromatic essences.
Features:
The grapes harvested when completely ripe with a slight withering in the plant, are promptly pressed, de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature, not too low to allow adequate extraction of color and “good” tannins, a brief maceration and then a long aging of 2 years in cistern alternating about 6 months in Tonneau grande vecchio, it results a warm and intense taste result of a slow aging in wood, complex with intense and aromatic notes of scrub and red fruits, of dark garnet red color.

From adequately selected vineyards in northern Sardinia.
Harvest:
After a slight withering in the plant, manual in box
Packaging: Pack of 6 bottles 0.75 l lying down.
